Complete Roof Preventative Maintenance Package

The Complete Roof Preventative Maintenance Package is a comprehensive inspection and maintenance service designed to correct several common roof concerns during one professional visit. It is ideal for homeowners with an aging roof who want more than a basic inspection but do not currently require full roof replacement. The service includes a complete visual roof inspection, removal of loose debris from accessible roof surfaces and valleys, inspection of flashing, vents, plumbing penetrations, exposed fasteners, sealant joints, roof edges, gutters and drainage areas. Minor sealant maintenance, fastening adjustments and small preventative corrections will be completed where appropriate. The package includes up to four hours of labour, standard maintenance materials valued up to $150, before-and-after photos and a detailed RoofCare Condition Report. This fixed price applies to one standard residential property up to 2,500 square feet and two storeys. Structural repairs, extensive material replacement, active leak repairs, masonry work and unsafe or inaccessible roof areas are not included.
