It is ideal for homeowners who want to correct small maintenance concerns before water entry begins. The service includes an inspection of accessible flashing, removal of loose or failed exterior sealant where practical, application of compatible roofing sealant to selected maintenance points, and an inspection of vents and roof penetrations. Up to two hours of labour, standard sealant and before-and-after photos are included. The service covers up to six maintenance points. Metal replacement, masonry work, major flashing reconstruction and leak guarantees are not included.
