It is ideal for Ontario homeowners who have experienced icicles, ice buildup, winter leaks or uneven snow melting. The service includes a review of roof edges, eaves, drainage paths, vulnerable roof transitions, attic ventilation where accessible, visible heat-loss indicators and condensation concerns. You will receive digital photos and practical ice-dam prevention recommendations. This service is an assessment only. Snow removal, ice removal, insulation upgrades and heat-cable installation are not included.
