The Minor Roof Repair Service is a fixed-price service visit for one clearly defined minor residential roofing repair. It is ideal for limited repairs such as sealing a small area, securing a loose roofing component or replacing a small number of standard roofing materials. The service includes up to two hours of on-roof labour, standard repair materials valued up to $75, an inspection of the immediate repair area, before-and-after photos and a work-completion summary. This service is not suitable for structural damage, widespread leaks, steep or unsafe roofs, specialty materials, emergency tarping or repairs requiring more than two hours. A Roof Leak Diagnostic Visit may be required before purchasing this service.
