The Post-Storm Roof Inspection provides homeowners with a professional assessment after high winds, heavy rain, hail or severe weather. It is ideal for homeowners concerned about possible storm damage, even when no roof leak is visible. The inspection includes the roof covering, ridges, roof edges, flashing, vents, penetrations, gutters and downspouts. We will check for visible lifted, shifted, cracked or missing roofing materials and provide digital photos with written recommendations. This fixed-price service applies to one standard residential property up to 2,500 square feet and two storeys. Insurance estimates, destructive testing and emergency repairs are not included.
