The Premium Roof, Gutter and Drainage Restoration Package provides a complete seasonal cleaning and preventative maintenance service for the primary exterior systems responsible for directing water away from your home. It is ideal for properties surrounded by trees, homes with recurring drainage concerns or homeowners who have not completed professional roof maintenance in several years. The package includes a detailed roof inspection, removal of loose roof debris, cleaning of accessible roof valleys, cleaning of up to 250 linear feet of gutters, clearing of accessible downspout openings, inspection of roof vents, flashing, penetrations and drainage transitions, and minor compatible sealant maintenance where appropriate. The service includes up to six hours of labour, standard maintenance materials valued up to $250, bagging of removed debris, before-and-after photos and a written maintenance report. Underground drainage clearing, gutter replacement, major roof repairs, pressure washing, tree cutting and replacement of damaged roofing materials are not included.
