RoofCare Club™ Annual Membership Disclosure

Membership is billed annually and renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Membership covers one residential property unless otherwise specified. Services are subject to scheduling and weather conditions.

Membership includes annual roof inspection and preventative maintenance services as outlined in the membership plan. Repairs, replacement materials, emergency services, roof replacement, structural work, snow removal, and services not specifically listed as included are available at an additional cost.

The annual inspection does not guarantee the roof is free from defects or future leaks. RoofNow™ will provide recommendations based on the visible condition of the roof at the time of inspection. Hidden damage or conditions not visible during the inspection may not be identified.

Membership benefits are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by RoofNow™. Prices and membership benefits are subject to change upon renewal with prior notice where required by law.
