ROOFNOW™ Platinum Annual RoofCare Plan

The ROOFNOW™ Platinum Annual RoofCare Plan is our most comprehensive residential roof-maintenance program, created for homeowners who want ongoing professional oversight and priority service throughout the year. The plan includes one Spring Roof Recovery Service, one Pre-Winter Roof Readiness Service, two seasonal gutter and downspout cleanings, roof debris and valley cleaning during scheduled visits, inspection of accessible flashing, vents, skylights, plumbing penetrations and sealant points, and minor preventative maintenance where appropriate. Members also receive one Roof Leak Diagnostic Visit or Post-Storm Roof Inspection per membership year, priority scheduling, digital photos after each visit and an updated annual RoofCare Condition Report. The plan includes up to eight total hours of scheduled maintenance labour and standard maintenance materials valued up to $300 during the membership year. The plan applies to one standard residential property up to 2,500 square feet and two storeys. Unused services and labour hours do not carry forward. Major repairs, emergency after-hours service, snow or ice removal, structural work, specialty roofing materials and full replacement of damaged components are not included. All services remain subject to safe weather, roof-access and site conditions.
