Skylight Inspection and Seal Maintenance

The Skylight Inspection and Seal Maintenance service provides a focused exterior inspection and preventative seal maintenance for one accessible residential skylight. It is ideal for homeowners with an aging skylight, minor staining or concerns around the skylight perimeter. The service includes an inspection of the skylight, flashing, surrounding roofing materials, exposed sealant and fasteners. Minor exterior seal maintenance will be completed where appropriate. Digital photos and repair or replacement recommendations are included. Glass replacement, interior finishing, major flashing reconstruction and full skylight replacement are not included.
